To begin his practical journey in life based on the science and knowledge he received during his undergraduate studies in college, or until he completes his academic career to obtain a higher academic degree.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1222\" aria-expanded=\"false\">tasks<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1222\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1222\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p><strong>Detailed tasks of the Registration and Student Affairs Division at the college<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><p><strong>Coordination with the Media Division:<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u2013 Before applying for admission to the college, coordination is made with the Information Division to prepare and issue a comprehensive booklet that includes information about the college, its scientific and humanities departments, study systems and its requirements for students. The booklet also contains details about acceptance rates and the application mechanism approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which facilitates the process of applying and registering students.<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Supervising student submission:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 - Follow up and supervise the process of applying students to the various departments in the college, while checking the admission data in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research while filling out the application forms.<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>Receiving accepted students:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u2013 Receiving new students at the beginning of the academic year, and providing guidance on registration requirements, such as academic documents, identification documents, and medical examination.<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>Registration of accepted students:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u2013 Registering students in the departments they are accepted in, and receiving the necessary documents to complete the paper registration files.<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong>Completing student files:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 - Preparing a paper file for each student containing the required information and academic documents, and archiving it electronically and updating it when needed.<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li><strong>Follow up on students\u2019 academic progress:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u2013 Following up on students\u2019 academic, theoretical and practical affairs, providing the necessary support in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and overcoming the obstacles they face during their years of study.<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong>Auditing preparatory school documents:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u2013 Checking students\u2019 preparatory school documents and ensuring their accuracy, as these procedures are considered necessary for the student\u2019s graduation.<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><strong>Create a database:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u2013 Creating an annual database for students, on paper and electronically, that includes all departments and levels of study, and providing the Ministry with a copy of it.<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li><strong>Issuing books supporting the continuity of study:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Issuing letters supporting the continuation of study for students according to their request, after ensuring the continuity of study according to the college\u2019s approved database.<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"10\"><li><strong>Issuing graduation confirmation books:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2013 Issuing graduation confirmation letters for students in accordance with university orders and instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"11\"><li><strong>Issuing graduation documents:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Issuing graduation documents to students after reviewing administrative orders related to granting a bachelor\u2019s degree.<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"12\"><li><strong>Organizing incoming and outgoing:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2013 Organizing the incoming and outgoing process on paper and through special records, and archiving incoming and outgoing books electronically.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Through these tasks, it becomes clear that the Registration and Student Affairs Division represents the gateway to the college, as it supervises the application and registration process, follows up students during their academic journey, and seeks to overcome
