Within the framework of continuous interaction and enhancing communication within our college, an important meeting was held on Saturday 12/16/2023, which brought together the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Muhammad Khalid Bara’a, the Dean and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Faisal Ghazi Faisal, with the teaching staff to discuss many issues of common interest.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Dean greeted and thanked the attendees, stressing the importance of enhancing team spirit and constructive interaction in order to develop the educational process in the college. The meeting focused on the following points:
1. Improving educational quality:
Strategies for improving teaching quality and how to motivate faculty members to continue developing their academic skills were discussed.
2. Academic programs
A comprehensive overview of the academic programs offered was presented and ways to develop and update them were reviewed to suit the requirements of the labor market.
3. Research and scientific activities
The importance of supporting research activities and encouraging faculty members to participate in innovative research projects was emphasized.
4. Faculty needs
An opportunity was opened to discuss the needs of faculty members and the challenges they may face, with the aim of finding appropriate solutions.
5. Internal communication
The importance of enhancing internal communication between the administration and the faculty was emphasized to ensure the best learning experience for students.
At the end of the meeting, the Dean expressed his deep thanks to all faculty members for their continuous efforts, expressing the administration’s commitment to supporting them and providing the appropriate environment to achieve success and excellence in the field of education and scientific research
