The administration’s answers to research also include the best electronic methods of managing the institution and the protection of its information through the design and the programming of the electronic systems to manage the divisions and the college units Information and software for the entire structure of the college, which depends on the intended system designed with high efficiency and fate, in addition to providing all Technical, artistic and programming services for all departments of the college.
- Managing the e-mail system: This includes adding, deleting, and setting passwords for the e-mails of students, teachers, and employees, in addition to sending official notifications, announcements, and collective circulars. Teachers are also allocated powers to address students according to departments and stages.
– Designing the electronic lecture system (LMS): publishing and updating electronic lectures to make study resources available to students.
– Managing the service provider (server) and the college database: updating all college programs to ensure stable and effective performance.
– Website management: updating and publishing all news and schedules, and following up on modern technology developments to provide all information about the college in the best electronic format.
– Securing and managing the Internet system: working to provide the service throughout the college to ensure communication between departments through the electronic system, and sending and receiving all official notifications electronically.
– Maintaining the internal computer network system: protecting networks from viruses, maintaining all types of computers in the college, and providing computers with all necessary service programs.
- Database systems management: includes the registration, CV, accounting, and all college departments regarding students and associates, to ensure the organization and integrity of data.
