On Thursday 7/3/2024, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Khalid Bara’, Dean of the College, participated in a workshop on the proposed private higher education law, which was organized by the Parliamentary Committee on Higher Education and Scientific Research, headed by Dr. Muzahim Al-Khayat, and sponsored by the Acting Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Mr. Mohsen Al-Mandalawi. The workshop, which was held in Al-Shabibi Hall in the Council of Representatives, in the presence of representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Education in the Kurdistan Region, in addition to the presidents of private universities and a number of unions, discussed the proposals submitted regarding the private higher education law.
